If your payment fails, update your payment method to a valid option.

Follow these steps to update your payment method.

1. Open the Settings app on your iPad
2. Tap your username
3. Tap Payment & Shipping
4. Tap Add Payment Method and register a new payment method.
5. In the list of payment methods, tap Edit to remove outdated ones

For website payments

Follow these steps to update your payment method.

1. Open the Settings page on the Pastela Cloud website
   *Make sure you're logged in with the pixiv account linked to Pastela Plus
2. Click Change/register payment method
3. If prompted to log in, use the same pixiv account you used to log in to Pastela Cloud
4. Click Register card to add a new card
5. To remove an outdated payment method, click Delete next to it in the list
   *Follow the same steps to update your card information
