There could be a few reasons for this.
Billing delays from your credit card company
Due to the billing cycle of your credit card company, there might be a delay of one to three months in charging you after using the service.
For this reason, you might still see bills for a few months after canceling your plan. However, rest assured there will be no overcharges if you've properly canceled your subscription.
The cancellation process was not completed
To verify if your Pastela Plus cancellation was successful, please check your account registration status below.
- For in-app purchases: Open the Pastela app and go to Settings > Plan settings
- For website payments (Pastela Cloud): Check the plans page
*Make sure you're logged in with the Pastela (pixiv) account you used to sign up for or unsubscribe from Pastela Plus.

Where can I unsubscribe from Pastela Plus?
Make sure you are not logged into a different account than the one used for payment.
For in-app purchases, if the plan doesn’t appear under Plan settings in the Pastela app, it may be because the purchase was made with a different Apple Account.
In such cases, follow these steps.
- Log out of your Pastela (pixiv) account in the Pastela app
- Sign in to the Apple Account you used for the Pastela Plus payment in the App Store
- Restore purchases in the Pastela app.
