Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the Pastela account linked to your Pastela Plus subscription.
To use Pastela Plus with another account, you'll need to cancel your current subscription first, switch the logged-in Pastela account in the Pastela app, and then re-subscribe to Pastela Plus.
The steps may vary depending on your payment method.
For in-app purchases
For website payments
Please note that any fees already paid cannot be transferred or applied to a new plan registration.
For in-app purchases
- Cancel your Pastela Plus subscription through the device’s settings app.
*Your plan will remain active until the end of its current validity period. You’ll need to wait until it expires to make the switch. - Log out of the current Pastela account in the Pastela app and log in with the Pastela account you want to use for the new subscription.
- Re-subscribe to Pastela Plus through the Pastela app.
For website payments
- Cancel your plan (or schedule a switch to the Free Plan) via the plans page on the Pastela Cloud website.
*Make sure you're logged in with the pixiv account you initially used for payment. - Log out of the Pastela account (linked to your pixiv account) that you used to cancel the subscription.
- Log in to the Pastela Cloud website with the pixiv account you want to use for the new subscription.
- Re-subscribe to Pastela Plus through the plans page.
