Please check the account you are logged into
Make sure the pixiv account you are logged into (that you linked with Pastela) is subscribed to pixiv Premium.

Try logging out and logging back in
In some cases, logging in again with your pixiv account may resolve the issue.
You can log out and log back in from the icon at the bottom left of the canvas list, or from "Account & cloud settings" in the settings menu.
