You can move and transform the contents of a layer in one of three different ways: Move/transform, Free transform, and Transform mesh.
Access these options by selecting Transform in the menu in the top bar.
After moving or transforming an object, tap Apply in the Transform window to confirm the changes.

Move or transform the contents of the selected layer.
Move
Drag the selection to move it to any position you like.
Rotate
Drag outside the selection to rotate it.
Resize while preserving the aspect ratio
Drag the corner handles to resize an object while preserving its aspect ratio.
Resize without preserving the aspect ratio
Drag the handles that are not in the corners to resize an object without preserving its aspect ratio.
Flip and rotate
Tap the icons in the Transform window to flip an object horizontally, vertically, or rotate it 90° clockwise.
Free transform
Freely transform the contents of the selected layer.
Free transform
Drag the corner handles to transform the selection into any shape you like.
Move
Drag the selection to move it to any position you like.
Flip horizontally
Tap "Flip horizontally" in the Transform window to flip the selection horizontally.
Transform mesh
Create a grid of control points over the object you want to transform. Move these points to warp the object's shape.

Drag the blue handles to warp the selection into any shape you like.
Change the number of grid points
You can adjust the number of grid points (handles) in the Transform window.
Use "Horizontal divisions" to modify the horizontal grid count and "Vertical divisions" to modify the vertical grid count.
