Have you spent a long time on the posting screen?
Staying on the posting screen too long can lead to errors.
Try posting again from a place with a good network connection.
Are you logged into the same pixiv account on both Pastela and pixiv?
To post artwork, you need to be logged into the same pixiv account on both Pastela and pixiv.
If the issue persists, the problem might be with your environment. Please try the following.
- Close and restart the app or browser
- Restart your device
- Update the app or browser to latest version
- Try again in a location with a better connection
- Wait a little while and try again later
- Log out of your pixiv account on Pastela, then log back in
- If you see a message saying "The posting process timed out", try posting 3-4 more times
- Export your work as a PNG or JPG, then create a new canvas from that exported image, and try posting again
