You can delete your account from the Pastela app or from Pastela Cloud in your browser.
*Make sure you are logged into the pixiv account linked to the Pastela account you wish to delete.

How to delete your account on the app
- Tap the red-framed area at the bottom left of the app’s home page.
- Tap "Delete Pastela account".
- Review the information provided, and if you agree, check the box and tap "Delete account" to finalize the deletion of your Pastela account.
How to delete your account on Pastela Cloud (browser)
- Log in to Pastela Cloud in your browser.

- Click the icon at the top right and open your settings.
- On the settings page, click "Delete account".
- Review the information provided, and if you agree, check the box and tap "Delete account" to finalize the deletion of your Pastela account.
Important notes
Deleting your Pastela account will delete all data stored in the cloud, including canvas data and version history.
The data saved in your device will not be deleted unless you uninstall the app.
Once your Pastela account is deleted, it cannot be restored, even if you contact us.
Logging back into Pastela with the same pixiv account will not recover your canvas data.
If you can't delete your account...
You can't delete your Pastela account if you are subscribed to Pastela Plus (our paid plan).
Switch to the Free Plan first and then proceed with the deletion.
(You can delete your account from the moment you schedule your plan change.)
